Cenulor Bifax will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Platform Access and Permitted Use

4.1 License Grant

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, its servers, or related systems
Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful material to the platform
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the platform or other users' experience
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the platform's software or infrastructure

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The name Cenulor Bifax, its logo, and all related marks, names, and slogans are trademarks of Cenulor Bifax. You may not use any of these marks without prior written consent. All other trademarks appearing on the platform belong to their respective owners.

5.3 User-Submitted Content

If the platform permits you to submit, post, or share any content such as comments, feedback, or creative work, you grant Cenulor Bifax a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.

You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party and that you have all necessary rights to grant the license described above.

5.4 Feedback

6. Payments and Enrollment

6.1 Pricing

Prices for masterclasses, courses, or subscription plans are displayed on the platform and are subject to change. All prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Cenulor Bifax reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with changes taking effect for future purchases only.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor. Cenulor Bifax does not store full payment card details on its servers.

6.3 Access After Purchase

Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the purchased content as specified at the time of purchase. Access duration and scope vary by product and will be clearly communicated before checkout.

6.4 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. In general, refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase and before substantial access to the course content may be considered.
